Look-a-Like for Less: Rouched n'ruffled Mermaid

The Inspiration:  Vera Wang's ethereal rouched n'ruffled mermaid gowns.  Versions of these gowns are seen fairly frequently on the red carpet and most often in celeb weddings, notably Khloe Kardashian...

and Hilary Duff in a blush number.
