Organza and cotton is pin tucked, pleated and beaded into textured and varying bands. The clean and simple slightly flared silhouette with a softly contoured neckline offer a clean canvas on which to display a fun play with fabric.
It's definitely a fresher take on "Fern" and offers a different kind of retro feel, more playful and less formal. While not at all identical (and not a "look-a-like" but more of a "feel-a-like") Mackay offers the same fine attention to detail and reckons to a retro Art Deco era.
