Who: Monique L'huillier Fall 2012 style "Emotion"
Why: An amazing illusion tulle asymmetric off-shoulder! It is one of the most beautiful, graceful, and modest necklines that I've seen in a while, both from the front and the back.
The tulle overlay is gracefully ruched all long the neckline and bodice, which I imagine is just so flattering since it hugs every inch of your figure. And it drops into a mermaid (almost modified mermaid) floaty skirt.
