Why: It's amazing how a simple lace cover-up can completely change the look of a dress.
On the left is the actual gown, a soft sweetheart neck princess seam gown with cascading lace detail on the bodice, embellished waist sash, and button back, which I would say looks romantic, bohemian, and informal, perfect for an afternoon to evening garden reception.
On the right is the same gown with the addition of an off-shoulder, ¾ sleeve lace cover-up and contrasting embellished waistband which makes the gown more regal, more formal, and more ready for a long evening reception and a shiny city locale.
Its the same dress but with different styling you can get two very different feels.
