Pick-up tulle

I just thought this gown was so unique.  I've seen billowy taffeta or satin pick-up skirts which in my opinion tend to be a bit saccharine.  But this tulle pick-up skirt is so amazing and has a lighter and whimsical look to it.  Isn't this gown killer?
