This has got to be the cutest use of color I've ever seen!
This cute little mermaid gown features a tiered tulle mermaid skirt with contrasting colored satin hem (shown in "Hydrangea"). The sweetheart neck gown also features a matching floral waist ribbon.
This would be a great and fun use of color and proportion for a petite bride!
