I don't know why because Jenny Packham always seems more bohemian and relaxed Grecian than "regal" but to me this gown seems fit for a princess bride. Perhaps a Greek princess?
The traditional aspects of it stand out most to me. It has a sweetheart, detailed bodice with a high detailed waist and a full, unembellished ball skirt.
