Who: Monique Lhuillier S2013 Platinum collection, style "Champagne".
Why: I find this gown so aptly named; "Champagne" does indeed look like glimmery, golden champagne bubbling up in a glass. It is so luxe!
This A-line gown is fully embellished with gold details. From close-ups it looks like an array of different shaped and sized sequins or embroideries. The sweetheart gown also features an illusion capsleeves and jewel neckline and a matching embellished bowed sash at the natural waist.
By the description and picture, the veil also appears to have similar gold embellishment.
What do you think: too much gold or is this gown right up your alley?
