How delicate and sweet this little tea-length number is! The strapless A-line dress features all-over pleated organza scallops. Its a very floral look that seems both light weight yet at the same time heavy since the structure of the skirt looks like it requires a crinoline.
The gown is finished with a pleated waist band that closes in buttons at the back, which is a great figure accenting detail.
