Concentric Scallops

This heavily embellished and textured Luly Yang gown is a real beauty.

It features all-over concentric scalloped lace, embellished at the edges.  A detail to note is how shape of the scallops is actually mimicked in the sweetheart neckline.  To finish off, this gown evokes a mermaid style but  it isn't.  Rather it is a true flared style featuring a straight sheath silhouette on a dropped circular skirt with train at the back.
