Accented Neckline

I think this ball gown is so wonderfully frothy with its full tulle skirt and double v neckline tulle straps.  Interestingly the straps accent the heavily embellished panels at the center front and back, which I think serve to ground the whole look.  I'm not a fan of the heavy choker they chose to style the gown with but no matter, I still think this look is lovely.
