Who: Monique L'Huillier Resort 2012 collection silk organza Wisteria gown with draping and cascading floral motif.
Why: Maybe I'm partial to a purple wedding dress since I actually considered getting married in a purple dress! It's hard to choose just one outstanding element out of so many - the soft rouching and draping of the bodice, the cascading wisteria embroidery or the light tulle underskirt.
Let's not forget the diaphanous gathered sheer one shoulder or the amazing color, which would look stunning on a warm yet pale skin tone.
True it's not a big white dress but with that perfect shade of lavender with a hint of grey you can let the bridesmaids shimmer in a light silvery grey or pale yellow.
Wisteria would be a great theme to incorporate so I can imagine this gown marrying off its wearer underneath a canopy of drooping weeping willow and wisteria.
