Zara Phillips, Queen Elizabeth's eldest granddaughter, married her long time rugby player beau Mike Tindall this past weekend in a private ceremony.
The bride wore a custom ivory gown designed by Stewart Parvin. It features a drop waist corset style bodice with delicate sheer cap sleeves and a pleated full skirt with wide contrasting band at the hem.
Zara chose a more geometric tiara which complimented the simple and strong lines of her gown.

I hate all these comparisons in the media with her and Kate Middleton's dress, since I think both ladies wore what suited them best. Zara in particular has a more challenging athletic body type and I think what she chose suited her to a T and she pulled it off beautifully and gracefully.
Congrats to the happy couple!
