Who: Blue by Enzoani "Concord" gown

Why: A lace mermaid with a surprisingly modest neckline.  Tulle and lace applique high neck and puff sleeves just get you!  Also the gathered illusion "keyholes in the front and back show skin without exposure.

This is a gown that lets you show off your femininity without giving it all away or making you feel exposed.  Gowns with high necks and sleeves that are not frumpy but super stylish are incredibly hard to come by.  I just think this is a gown that has it all.
