Who: Luna Couture "Issac" gown
Why: It is a classic bridal gown - strapless ball skirt with a tight little rouched dropped waist bodice. Look closely however for modern touches like the detailed waist and cascade of pleated ruffles.
Although this is a fun and whimsical dress has that classic European tailoring.
