Who: Jenny Lee style 2017
Why: I love this illusion boatneck gown! Some illusion necklines are so soft that they aren't noticeable but this one escapes that problem with the scattered applique. The swirling floral vine applique on the skirt connotes a twirling skirt, even when standing still. The sweetheart neckline and natural waist are also classic and flattering as is the ever so subtle mermaid A-line silhouette.
