Trimmed Black

I love studies in contrast and I am always pleasantly surprised to see how striking black looks on a white wedding gown.

This Mia Solano gown is a great example, particularly on the tiered modified mermaid skirt, which is finished in black piping.

The gown also features a black lace overlay empire bodice with sweetheart neckline and a rouched, asymmetrically dropped bodice with contrasting corset back.

From the back it looks almost like an exotic flamenco dress and I this black trimmed gown would be stunning for a true "black tie" affair (with guests dressed in black, of course).
