There are so many classic details on this Alfred Angelo gown that I can't help but love. I also happen to think the styling is perfect for this almost simple and almost minimalist gown: since all the detail is at the hem leaving the clean bodice free of embellishment, you can allow yourself full lush and a major statement necklace!
This clean satin gown features a sweetheart neckline and princess seams that flare down the length for shape. It is a no-waist design, meaning that there is no waistline or separate bodice breaking up the long and lean visual. It is finished in the back with a button line closure.
While this gown is so quintessentially classic, the modified mermaid flared silhouette is an almost over-looked detail that brings it well into the modern era.
The decorative hem really is the icing on the cake of this simple gown, with lace, embroidery and beading providing the finishing touch.
