On June 30 Hilaria Thomas wed Alec Baldwin.
The runway version has a stylized bow at the back, which is missing from Hilaria's gown. Another change that is barely noticeable is the addition of jeweled details on either side of the neckline to the front of Hilaria's version.
The Look-A-Like #1) The Gretta gown from Watters features all-over lace and a natural waist embellished ribbon belt detail. This gown features a more subtle flared silhouette and a notched neckline.
The bride was very low-key about putting together her bridal look. In fact she had no set ideas concerning her dream wedding gown. All she knew was that she wanted it to be "very simple".
True to form she ended up choosing an unembellished silk Amsale gown straight off the 2013 runway and topped it off with a Spanish style mantilla veil in honor of her Spanish heritage.

There are not many pictures that I could find of different angles of the gown, other than these two. There is not much information on that particular gown either.
Brides describes it as a "silk trumpet gown" with cap sleeves and crystal button details. I find that the even with the cap sleeves, the gown is actually in a sleeveless style, with the shoulder covered. The gown also features a portrait style Queen Anne neckline with raised back closure, and a keyhole cutout at back. The natural waist gown is unembellished with clean lined princess seams. The neckline is also very subtly shaped, almost a straight neckline so the angled cap sleeves really help shape it.

Since there are so few pictures of Hilaria's gown, I'll just right in to the look-a-likes!
This was a particularly hard gown since it has so many key details, like the angled and raised Queen Anne neckline, the keyhole back, and the overall clean minimalism and elegance.
The few versions I managed to find with these key details happen to be in lace, which is not as minimalist a look as Hilaria's version but are just as clean and romantic.
The Look-A-Like #1) The Gretta gown from Watters features all-over lace and a natural waist embellished ribbon belt detail. This gown features a more subtle flared silhouette and a notched neckline.

The Look-A-Like #2) This Allure lace gown also has cap sleeves and a raised Queen Anne neckline. The back is lace and has no keyhole but features a lovely button closure. The neckline and cap sleeves are also more covered. While it has more lace and details, it still retains some clean minimalism in the unembellished satin skirt.

The Look-A-Like #3) This Casablanca gown is the most embellished of the bunch but what makes it most like Hilaria's is the simple elegance. The embellished and shaped cap sleeves frame the flared princess seam gown. The satin gown features embroidered embellishment that is not too distracting. The back of the gown is missing the keyhole and is not a raised Queen Anne style but accomplishes a similar look.

The Look-A-Like #4) This lace Amy Kushel gown is another lace version perhaps truer to Hilaria's flared silhouette. This one has a more pronounced sweetheart neckline which is trimmed in lace and lace cap sleeves. The back features a button line closure and keyhole, with a true raised Queen Anne neckline.

The Look-A-Like #5) As far as all the lines, this Olivia Couture gown is probably the closest approximation to Hilaria's, except for the obvious detail of the all-over lace.
The silhouette is softly flared with a natural waist and of course the cap sleeves and keyhole back.

The Look-A-Like #6) This Amy Kushel gown veers a bit further from Hilaria's because it excludes the cap sleeves and keyhole back. Instead this silk taffeta gown has shaped straps that mimic Hilaria's shaped neckline. It also features a flared skirt with rouched wrap bodice.

The Look-A-Like #7) Finally this J.Crew gown, like the one above, lacks the raised Queen Anne neckline and cap sleeves. Instead it mimics Hilaria's gown with its unembellished simplicity and unique elegance. The thick straps help shape the sweetheart neckline of this silk taffeta gown, with wrapped natural waist bodice.
