A few of my personal favorites from Jenny Lee's 2009 collection. What a throw back, I know! Anything before 2010 seems almost quaint and vintage.
I really love Jenny Lee because all of the gowns are so sleek and while they are full of detail they are not at all voluminous, truly the Queen of the modified A-line.
Style 901 has a very interesting neckline that I would categorize as crumb-catcher, since it is a sweetheart pleated bust with a slight structured drape. The bodice is low slung, a true dropped waist with a bit of embellished detail. The silk satin gown's skirt has a bias drape that is a great example of a trumpet silhouette.

Style 903 is also a modified crumb-catcher. An embellished sweetheart neckline peeks out of an accordion-like pleated bodice that is slightly drop waisted. The A-line organza overlay skirt features a bubble peplum.
Style 906 is a cute tea-length tulle gown with all-over floral applique. The light grey dress features a straight strapless neckline, natural waist, and A-line silhouette.
Style 907 features lots of lace applique on an organza overlay. The straight strapless neckline gown features a bit of sheer detail at the neckline, natural waist sash, and flared skirt.
Style 908 is a strapless and low sharp sweetheart neckline. The bodice is rouched with medallion embellishment down the center and an organza A-line skirt.
Style 909 is just so cute. It is actually two pieces - a lace applique tulle jacket over a strapless satin gown. It is unclear in the picture below but it appears as though the gown underneath is simple and unembellished. The jacket features 3/4 length sleeves and a wide scoop neck with flutter collar and comes down past the natural waist.
Style 910 is a bias cut v-neck gown with a high shaped empire waistline and all-over floral applique.
Style 911 is an organza gown with strapless straight neckline, rouched and drop waisted bodice, and a slight modified mermaid skirt.
Style 912 is a halter style gown with low sharp sweetheart neckline, trimmed in organza ruffles. It is a no waist design with a long bodice and ruffle tiered mermaid skirt.
Style 914 is a very soft sweetheart strapless neckline with all-over applique on a slim no-waist A-line silhouette.
Style 915 is a bias lace gown with notched neckline and cap-sleeve style straps.
Style 901 again has the peek-a-boo crumb-catcher with the sweetheart neckline peeking out of a pleated scooped bodice. It sits atop a satin mermaid skirt.
