Why: I was thinking on the subject of modesty and how it can mean different things to different people. Maybe this gown would be considered modest to some, since it has sleeves and compared to other gowns its quite covered. Maybe to others this gown is most definitively not modest since it is see-through illusion, the back is scooped so low, and it is body conscious.
Modesty issue aside, I think I would have appreciated an option like this when I was getting married. Sometimes you want something that just looks different in a sea of strapless.
This is a strapless sweetheart gown worn with an embellished tulle jacket with sleeves and a deep v button back.
The gown is a mermaid silhouette in organza over satin. The non-waisted long bodice has pleats and rouching, finished in buttons in the back, with billowy pick-ups at the skirt.
