This gown is surprisingly fashion forward for a Disney Princess gown.
It still has classic and traditional elements such as the strapless sweetheart embellished bodice with a full ball skirt. But the modern touch I love is the asymmetry - the asymmetric layered tulle skirt and the asymmetric platinum embellishment all over the bodice that trails down the bodice and cascades down into the skirt. I don't know if that was their intention but its a bit of a natural woodsy element since it reminds me of low hanging tree branches.
