I like to think of this gown as a modified style of crumb catcher. Crumb catchers are pleated bust details designed to add shape and volume to the bust, which help to even out a silhouette or in some cases enhance what needs a bit of help. They usually feature a vertically placed detail, which is why this one, with its asymmetric horizontally pleated bodice is so unique.
This gown also features a strapless straight neckline, heavily embellished waist, full A-line organza skirt, and a detailed back closure.
