Probably the most innovative style I've seen for adding a bit of coverage to shoulders. Three different styles and looks of the same sheer illusion + crystal embellishment formula with three very different results, but all are delicate and dainty.

Where do you purchase something like this?
Hi Anon! My best idea would be to communicate with the company directly if you are interested. On the Haley Paige website you can sign up to receive catalogs and emails from them, and I'm sure you can also email them for info. They also have an option on the website where you can search where to buy the Hayley Paige line.
Aside from that the only other thing I can think of is eBay or wedding gown re-sell sites like OnceWed or PreOwnedWeddingDresses.com.
