Awards season is in full swing and I woke up this morning to find SAG coverage so I decided to go ahead and do a Red Carpet Wedding Inspiration from that.
First up is Ariel Winter in Collette Dinnigan. She stuck to her tried and true formula of cute and picked a cute cocktail dress. The heavily embellished bodice has a sweetheart neckline with a tea length lace A-line skirt. A nice balance and age appropriate for this young star. While she is still young she looks to have a curvy, proportionate body that she feel comfortable in and chooses to wear flattering things that she likes rather than what is trendy.
Next up is Ashlee Simpson in Jenny Packham. Her embellished bias gown has an illusion tulle overlay. While I am usually not a fashion fan of Miss Simpson I really love this look. She did a smart thing sticking to a dark shade with her light hair and complexion, but thanks to the embellishment and the sheer black overlay this dark isn't too harsh or heavy and doesn't wash her out. Also she tends to have a very thin and willowy frame so the bias cut is a great pick to add some shape to her figure.
