Look-a-likes for less: Bowed over

The Inspiration: Eva Mendez at the 2009 Golden Globes in a white Dior gown (left) and Jessica Biel at the 2009 Oscars in white Prada (right).  Two potentially white hot, bow-tastic looks that could have been winners had it not been for the sheer enormity of their respective bows that caused them to sort of limp and just hang on the bodices and detract from their stunning figures.

More similar to Eva's style is this strapless satin mermaid style bow with pleated bodice for structure.

More similar to Jessica's is this satin column gown with contrasting bow.

Both options offer a much more tasteful vertical bow that is still as playful as the original inspirations.
