Late post today but better late than never!
Who: Rosa Clara main collection 2012, style "Adagio".
Why: This gown wins my vote for "Loveliest Neckline" ever!
While the gown has a straight, strapless style neckline, it also features an asymmetric off-shoulder, shawl-like sleeves or straps. In my opinion its a really magnificent detail and it is held together by a sweet little bow at the front.
The bodice also has a pin-tucked pleated bust and a wide cummerbund effect at the natural waist, which would be great to really cinch you in. The graceful gathered skirt maintains an A-line silhouette that is both frothy yet not too voluminous.
