Undecided: Tiers

Of course the title refers to my feelings about this dress.

I can't decide if I think there is something interesting about this dress or if it just plain "out there" about this tiered gown.  The second picture makes it look much more graceful then the first I think.

Still, it would be so much fun to see it in action on the dance floor!

It has something though which is why it caught my eye and why I'm featuring it, there's something that I love about it.

What do you think of this dress: Cute or Not?

I think its mostly cute... in the pictures shown.  I think its a better dress for photographing than it would be live and in person since it is so dramatic and in real life you have many more angles and dimensions.  And hopefully I'm wrong but something about the long tiers make me think that you would have to have a very specific body type for this dress.
