Next up is a pair of look-a-likes!
Jayma Mays looks great in a sequined Elie Saab gown with cap sleeves and high neck (also called tee shirt neck). While the gown is heavy and the color is a dark pewter, she manages to look fresh with her upswept hair and dangly earrings. The gown is bias cut which helps not to overwhelm her frame. With all over sparkle you have to be careful because the shine tends to highlight all your features and you can tell where she has her hand on her hip her waist area looks a bit funny, but we can attribute that to the shine since she looks to have a proportionate figure. But it just goes to show you that even great figures can suffer from odd looking angles and its best to know that beforehand, especially if you are going to be photographed at a special event!
Judy Greer looks great in a white, cap sleeved Collette Dinnigan gown with high neckline and all over lace. Judy's gown has a defined natural waist and A-line skirt. She did the popular pale trend the right way by choosing a clean, white gown instead of a blush or nude that could wash her out; the fact that her skin is slightly rosier than her gown and her hair is not pale helps avoid the wash out.
Both ladies look great, have great slim yet proportionate figures, and rock a similar style. They also both know that with high necklines work best with up-dos and dangly earrings. But if I have to choose one real life style inspiration, I have to say that Judy's version is probably more flattering for non-Hollywood, real body types!
